At Supplend, we prioritize service and place great importance on sustainability. We work with carriers that deliver primarily using electric vehicles or bicycles—something we consider essential!
Processing Time
Due to the current high demand, our processing times may vary.
Once your Nail Care Pen purchase has been confirmed by us, it typically takes 1-2 business days for our small team to process it at the fulfillment center.
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing (for example, if you order on Monday, your order will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday).
Estimated Delivery Times
From the moment your package is ready for shipment and you receive the shipping confirmation via email, you can expect your package as follows:

Shipping Carriers and Free Premium Shipping
For shipments to the Netherlands and Belgium, we use carriers such as DPD, DHL, GLS, and bpost. These deliveries are offered at no shipping cost to the buyer. Additionally, our free premium shipping includes track-and-trace and insurance to protect your package against theft, loss, or damage.
