At Supplend, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. We have full confidence in the quality and effectiveness of our products. That’s why we offer an extensive 365-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your products within this period for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to Return
Return Period: You have the right to cancel your purchase of the Nail Care Pen within 365 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 365 days to return your product.
Return Process:
- Always ensure you have contacted Supplend’s customer service in advance.
- Fill out our return form completely, print it, and include it in the package.
- It is essential to send returned items to our return address using your own means. Attach proof of shipment and the Track & Trace code to track your return.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, if reasonably possible.
Note: Products returned without a return form are not eligible for a refund.
Costs & Refunds
Costs: The direct costs of returning goods are your responsibility. We accept returns even if the Nail Care Pen has been fully used.
Refunds: Refunds are processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, typically within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned product.
Note: Products returned without a return form are not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
Please note that some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:
- Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life.
- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Damaged Products & Warranty
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer service immediately. Include photos that clearly show the issue.
The warranty is void for a second order of the same product, as we assume the product functions satisfactorily.
Cancellation & Uncollected Orders
You can cancel your order until it is shipped. After that, both shipping and return costs are your responsibility. Check here our shipping policy.
Uncollected orders at the pickup point are returned to our warehouse. Additional charges may apply.
